Each box has a unique theme with various objects in it that connect to each of the five senses. Currently we offer three different boxes but are planning to expand our variety in the future. Nature Box

According to Heart.org, nature is a perfect way to reduce stress. Nature has proven to help with depression, as seen in a study with hospital patients. Natural scenes also capture your attention gently which calm your nerves.

 

Exercising in nature also reduces anxiety and can be even more effective than a trip to the gym. Nature also helps improve fatigue, can improve prosocial behavior, and much more. This Wellness Box brings elements of the great outdoors into one kit and can be enjoyed no matter if it rains or shines.

Art Box

According to Sage Neuroscience Center, art in any form is a great stress reliever. Studies have shown that people who use art as a form of therapy or stress relief have shown reduced cortisol levels, which is one of the bodies' main stress hormones.

No matter what your level of experience is, art can help with reducing stress according to another study from Drexel University. This box comes with all of the materials for you to start creating your own masterpieces.

Video Game Box

According to Very Well Mind, video games can provide an incredible outlet for stress relief. They allow people to improve emotional awareness, coping skills, problem-solving skills, and other cognitive abilities that can lead to improved brain functioning.

 

Certain genres of video games can be particularly good for stress relief, such as casual, cooperative, or puzzle games. Overall, any game that you enjoy can be one that relieves anxiety. By providing an escape from stress, video games are a fantastic way to promote wellness.
